Well, I think I finally hit a plateau, not quite sure yet because this week has been a really good "inch" loss week. So I'm not sure if I should stick it out until Monday and see for sure or do I go ahead and do what I'm supposed to do to get me off of a plateau?

What are you "supposed" to do to get off a plateau? I need to know - now it has been over 11 days since I lost anything.

With my eating plan, I'm to eat only 6 apples for the entire day and that's it. Really not looking forward to that, but I will survive it lol. Trying to find different ways of making them lol.

Six apples huh. Need to go to allrecipes and find some good, no calorie ideas lol. Hopefully you aren't on one yet.

I have found 2 and have tried them both. One is a fried apple (using Pam, not butter) w/cinnamon and I added a little lemon juice along w/some splenda and a little water - Very good. Also a baked apple with the same ingredients. It gives it a little bit of a different flavor. Maybe I will have the hubby grill some for me lol and see how that tastes.
