I hate my scale...I need a new one. I can't weigh in officially because I haven't seen my Doc - I won't until July 1 for an official weigh in. My dratted scale gives me different readings every time I step on it...so I must wait.
I am starting to have more activity but I think my weight loss is stalled. I haven't been eating that much more - maybe 100 calories more, most days its still under 1000 cals...and yet, I don't see much movement. I guess I won't know for sure until my doc officially weighs me in. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Anyway, I definitely need an adjustment on my lap band - I think they need to filler up that way I can eat even less!
