Doing great on exercise, pretty well on food. Too much fat and protein by 10 or so grams, but keeping my carbs ultra low which is working well for my blood sugar. (Stayed under 111 mg/dl yesterday.) Lost a pound, but I have to figure out more healthy foods to eat. My diet is getting boring.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
