I started the diet on Monday...2 days later no wt lose, but my clothes feel loser. Im drinking at least 8 cups of water daily. Any solutions on how to cut your cravings for chocolate?? I dont know why, but today thats all i can think about...lol.

The first 2 weeks is your dry out phase....it's going to be hard but just work through it....try fat free/sugar free fudgesicles...they did the trick for me....you can have 1 a day but it will be your sweet treat for the day

You are going to have to bite the bullet with those chocolate cravings for a while. The first five pounds are hard, but don't be surprised if you wake up tomorrow and find that you have lost three of them. Good Luck!

You'll see with time those cravings will subside. Take it one day at a time.
