Still doing good, weight is at a stand still, but I am almost sure I know why. The blessed curse god gave us women. Good thing is that I Have been sticking to my diet and exercise regemin. Starting zumba on Monday, looking forward to that.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
