Flaw in tonight's plan. #2 daughter is my partner in our cleaning business in the evenings (we clean 3 medical practices each evening) and she was expecting friends to drop by for Halloween so we needed to get done earlier than normal -- we went in 1/2 hour earlier than usual which left NO time for dinner. I came home at 8:00 and heeded the call of the dratted peanut butter. Had 3 Tbsp full. That is not a meal - I am under for carbs, calories and exercise for the day and am headed to bed hungry. Could have been worse - I could have snatched candy right out of the grandboys pumpkin buckets when they came to t-or-t me, lol.
Tomorrow is a new day :)
