Depressing. Been eating all right lately, but having more fast food, having some soda, and not working out at all. The biggest problem is that I'm no longer tracking my foods on calorie counter app.
I'm changing everything today! I'm tracking again, and trying to work out at least 4 times/week.
Thankfully, my sister is very supportive. But I haven't been talking to her lately about it. I should've told her how I've gotten off track.
But I'm back!
