i have MS need to lose about 20 lbs to get healthy and be able to get my body back in shape to fit my clothes witout having to but new ones because of the weight i have put on due to poor eating habits and no exercising just to be be able to wear my shirts witout having to pull them over my pants and skirts and to not have to undo my pants because they are so tight when i sit down aftr a meal.
