Just ate a really tasty salad. My parents used to make it as a "taco salad" although it's really not.

Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
Kidney Beans
Taco seasoned Cheese
French Dressing
(My parents' version would have Fritos Chips too, but I leave them out)

Sounds like a strange combination, but it's really, really good! I think next time I'll add some red onions... Mmm...

Had Jack in the Box yesterday.... AND... Cinnabon. Oopsie. But I walked around the mall for about 4-5 hours and then went grocery shopping and THEN spent an hour on the exercise bike to compensate for the treats. Only up .2 today, probably due to sodium... So lots of water today. And I already got in 30 mins on the bike. :-)
