I had a decent diet weekend...for me (I didn't add the foods because the search was unsuccessful, and well, no point now!). This is my first week of trying my new personal strategy: 1) no baked goods, no bad snacks (chips, junk etc), 2) When I get hungry, try cheese + fruit first, 3) Try to eat healthful things regularly so I don't get hungry.
