Well, hello Fatsecret. com memebers. :]
So this is my first entry. Awesome, i guess. I'm new to the site.
I found it through an add in a magazine, and thought it would be a good way for me to keep track of myself.
So, firstly, when i started my weightloss journey, i weighed 275 pounds at 5'8, and was a size 24W. Yeeeeaaaaah. not cool.
Today, i am 60 pounds lighter, and a size 16.
I have lost about half of the total poundage that i plan to shed.
Half way there? lol I guess so.
Well, actually, i have been losing the weight on and off for the past year. I'll lose some, gain it back... lose again, and keep going, then get to an all time low, and bounce back to my normal 240.

but this time, no more bouncin'-back... i am really excited to see the scale say anything less than 200. And thats only 10 pounds away... yay!! :D
I am really looking for a way to lose the weight quickly, so I can get to where i want to be, and work at keeping it there.
I'll probably write what i eat here everyday. Maybe count calories, and such n such.

Welcome! I don't know how good of a motivator I can be for you, but I'm a novice runner and have been through dieting (didn't work for me). I'm also a nurse so I know stuff about nutrition and exercise. So if you have any questions, I might be able to answer some of them!
