Well I just did week 2 of couch to 5k- I seriously can't beleive I actually can do it. It's not all running yet but a goal I can say I did this summer! Yahoo!! I'll try to remember to pit in my foods today- harder on this iPhone than computer. I have my water set out and ready for me to drink. Everyone have a great weekend!!
