Dear Journal,

When following my progress it seems like i'm like a posterchild for "bad diets'' lol..
new plan: I'm just going to work out more..
Apart from the terrible weightresults I do see changes on different areas of my body..
my waist is smaller (this is proven with old jeans) and my belly is getting flat..
I guess you can have good and bad results at the same time..

Going to start my tiffany rothe workout shedule and see what happens.

211.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.1 lb a week
