I guess my body is on strike or somethin with me not keeping up a healthy eating routine.. I only ate like 1 or 2 meals a day(not intentionally).. I'm going to try something different this week..

the six meals a day..(bodybuilders mealplan)thats ment to reduce the bodyfat and provide the right kind of intake
207.2 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
