I had cabbage and carrots for about five weeks, it did not result in any reduction of weight. I was very surprised and disappointed. I have had fruits and flavored coffe which both have a high concentration of sugar. The carrots also had plenty of raisins. My short term goal was to reach 190lbs., but that did not happen. Now tomorrow I will be attending a wedding and father's day is coming as well as July 4th. I do not plan on a strict diet again until after the 4th. What I did discover, is that the key to weight loss is not by the eating of vegatables, but how much is consumed.
