Read Jonathan S's blog. Exercise doesn't result in weight loss if calories exceed expenditures. My daily caloric need = approx 1430/day
148.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
