Weigh in was good.. didn't lose much, but at least I didn't gain! :) T.O.M started today so I guess this is why not much loss.. I'm ok with that.. Did my workout this morning 40 minutes. Going to have a good day!

Thank you angiekae68 :) You are so right and I am grateful.. I lost 3 pounds last week, but from the last day I weighed myself - Oct 19th up to today there was a small loss.. but I'm so okay with that..
