Yay for me! This morning I did NOT have a latte, to celebrate the end of tax season (would've been my "previous self" excuse) even though I really wanted one! Instead I had some coffee with sugar free creamer in it. Also had a great breakfast that my husband made! It was basically a delicious omelette, with asparagus, mushrooms, fresh spinach, onions, crab, and shredded chicken, topped with a bit of Feta cheese!
Today is a new day for me! I have already started logging in my food journal and am in the frame of mind that it's time to diet, yes diet, and lose weight! =) I realized that because I've spent the last 2 or more years NOT letting myself think of my healthy lifestyle changes as a "diet", I've been hurting myself by not recognizing the immediate need to lose weight. I have decided I DO need to think of myself as "dieting" until I have reached my goal weight. I think this is the only way I will consiously choose the right foods...at least for a while.
AND, I am down another pound today! YAY! I'm now 238.5! I intend to keep going down, down, down!
