This week I started eating much more fruit and veggies, following a Dr. Oz approved diet. I am feeling full and like I have found new motivation. Thanks, Women's World for the push in the right direction.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
