Yeah, so ... last two days or so I've been feeling less energetic. And although I can get through my workouts, I'm not jumping to do them. And every now and then I have that feeling I get when I know I'm not eating enough.

So yeah ... moving back to 1400 calories. The point of my diet and exercise is to be healthy and never starve myself. And never feel like I'm not eating enough. Besides, after just almost two weeks of P90, I've noticed some muscle growth on my arms. And muscle burns way more calories :D

"Always listen to your body"

The issue is just finding the right foods to fill in that ~100 calorie gap.
