Yesterday I cheated. The boyfriend had a chocolate craving and in trying to be sweet brought me home my fav...M&M's. I ate the whole bag almost immediatly b/c I love them so much and have no will power.

Today is going good so far. Walked for 35 mins this morning and am not starving like I usually am when I work out. The thing is that I could run at about 5 mph but I get so bored that I won't go the full 30 mins. Instead, I walk at 3.5 at an incline of 3 and read while I walk. I could walk for hours if I had the time doing it this way.

Hoping to be back town to 195 tomorrow.
