Going to be a long journey. I'm doing the Beachbody 21 Day Fix, I do like this program, but my biggest problem is I like a drink. I'm careful not to eat many carbs when I have a drink, but it's still rough. I do my best to work out 5 days a week, when they have you working out 7. I'm going to just keep plugging away at it!!!! I'm going to be 60, the end of May, and would like to be in better shape, so here's to the 60's!!!!
