This morning I did something that is very difficult for me to do. I threw away uneaten food. I made breakfast burritos for my kids. There was left-over scrambled egg mixture and instead of eating it (as is my usually habit) it threw it down the garbage disposal. It's very hard for me to see perfectly good food go in the trash.
