skipped shred yesterday - 18 holes of golf instead
day 5 today of shred/p90x
165.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   losing 0.4 lb a week
