1293 kcal Fat: 54.72g | Prot: 73.49g | Carb: 134.92g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), tap water, Special K Low Fat Granola, nonfat peach greek yogurt. Lunch: tap water, white wheat bread, boars head white american, Golden Classic Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, spring mix, broccoli, mushrooms, bacon bits, kens steakhouse lite ranch. Dinner: mozzarella part skim, Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other: tap water, 3 musketeers, old fashioned pretzel sticks , Cashew Clusters with Almonds and Pumpkin Seeds. more...
