Weight loss is not accurate as I weighed in last Monday at 220 but was 218.8 on Tuesday morning. I think that consistently drinking 10+ glasses of water has helped regulate my weight as I see my weight is not jumping around. I know I'm not supposed to but I weigh my self every morning.
216.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
