Phew! Back on track after my holiday.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2027 kcal Fat: 68.55g | Prot: 116.92g | Carb: 219.43g.   Breakfast: Superberries Purple, Honey, Olive Oil Spread, White Bread (Bill's). Lunch: Diced lamb, Field Fresh Garden Peas, Charlotte Potatoes, Turnips, Barley, Swede, Parsnips, Olive Oil, Celery, Carrots, Onions. Dinner: Seafood salad, Couscous Moroccan, Lemons (with Peel), Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled), Olive Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Mallard. Snacks/Other: Cabernet Sauvignon (Alc Free), Alcohol free beer (Generic). more...
