Quick journal, I have a test to take in a few.

Rode bike 1.5 hours this am. Beautiful day. Had trouble giving effort after yesterdays ride, HR stayed low. Fitness is happening. Almost wiped out avoiding human sh*t on the roadway. Uhg, the animals that live here.

Washed bike, it is looking good. Tomorrow is supposed to be windy.

Trying to eat right today, wife is helping and wants salmon for dinner. I hate salmon. At least I know I wont eat much. She is overcompensating for her inability to get with the program, now I just grin and bear it. This is essentially now a weekly cycle.
