I am starting my journey today with Weight Watchers. My long term goal is to lose around 60-70lbs, but for now will settle 5% or 10% of my weight! It is one step at a time, after all! I cant figure out the best way to record my points...since i am not paying for WW! Time to go for a walk!

BnSntre: I have just started WW as well...I started on 5/26/10...will be two weeks on Wedneday, 6/9...I weigh myself every two weeks...when I started I weighed 172...I am hoping to have at least lost two pounds, but will jump for joy if more, but I doubt it...my long-term goal is to lose 50 pounds (hoping by the end of the year), but doubt that as well...lol...I will settle for half of that (20 pounds)...just to see some movement on the scale...lol...you are right...it is one step at a time...I do not know how to record my points either because like you am not paying for it...I have just been buying the Smart Ones for breakfast and lunch and then hubby has been good in helping by grilling out this summer (pork or chicken) and eating a salad with that...then for snack I have been eating either Smart Ones desserts or a White Cheddar Rice Cake...I really wish the best on this journey...we can do it together....Have a blessed week!
