Rock n Roll half marathon yesterday. Been nursing a bad ankle for 3 weeks, pain started waking me up at night so I thought it was time to see the doc. Saw her this morning, she thinks it might be a tendon problem. So one week of no running and an aircast for 2-3 weeks. I have another 1/2 marathon in July and a full in October, so I'll take the week off now, mostly, and hope for the best.
