Rock n Roll half marathon yesterday. Been nursing a bad ankle for 3 weeks, pain started waking me up at night so I thought it was time to see the doc. Saw her this morning, she thinks it might be a tendon problem. So one week of no running and an aircast for 2-3 weeks.
I have another 1/2 marathon in July and a full in October, so I'll take the week off now, mostly, and hope for the best.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 June 2010:

Did you run San Diego? I had some friends there....I heard it was a good race. I'll be doing my second full marathon at the end of this month. Happy running (and weight loss)!
