I was so happy with the weigh-in results. I get my share of exercise and if I don't get an opportunity, I do it with vigorous house-cleaning and stair climbing, lol. I do need to increase the amount of physical activity though in order to keep my appetite under control, especially when my weight gets lower. The goal hasn't changed...still 95 or a little lower. Oh the power in my legs when I'm thin and lean. Oh the beauty of the immaculately muscular who achieve those results without steroids and bulkiness. Men should be bulky, in my eyes. I will be the slender mistress to my honey man.
104.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
