Started my 4th week in the program on Monday and things are going really well. I am doing cardio 7 days a week and weight training 3 days. I am sticking to the 1800 calorie diet most days not even consuming the whole 1800. The scale now shows 225 lbs. Down 15 so far!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1644 kcal Fat: 71.37g | Prot: 121.99g | Carb: 142.09g.   Breakfast: half & half, splenda, Premium Roast Coffee (Small), egg whites, spinach , Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Green Peppers, Turkey Bacon, banana, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch: Broccoli, cherry tomatoes, Beef Chili with Beans. Dinner: cantaloupe, salmon, spinach. Snacks/Other: Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, pork crackling, JOLLY TIME HLTHY POPCORN MINI, strawberry, cobb salad with shrimp. more...
