Day 1 of restart yesterday. I was expecting to have gained. I've had a while off plan. I guess getting on the scales was sobering. Anyway. Yesterday on the whole went well. Other than some juice I stuck to this way of eating. I only really had 1 meal which was a was a small warm onion, aubergine and brie salad. I later snacked on some cheese. Didn't feel too hungry so that is a bonus. Day 2 today, back to work after the Christmas break. Let's do this!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
