Not the best day. Dark and cloudy and I feel tired all day. I gave in to a lot of bad food choices but I did exercise and pushed it. So that is good although getting my eating better is the challenge; exercise is not the challenge for me.

AWww, I do not enjoy gloomy days either. Makes it hard to motivate and move. I am glad you're looking on the bright side though and knowing where to focus your energies. Keep on going ! Find good munchies to keep on hand. I have found that the fat free pretzel thins and the Sabra Vegetable Tuscan Herb Hummus is a GREAT, fulfilling, crunchy, savory and healthy snack when I have the munchies. :D It hits every mark for me.
