I am a 42 year old mother of two wonderful girls. I work full-time and my husband is home and works part-time. I am an avid exerciser and currently do Rev Abs with some P90X or Body Beast mixed in. I particularly enjoy lifting weights over cardio. My main issue for the past 3 years has been my eating. I am by no means overweight but I am not as healthy as I could be because I engage in a lot of mindless eating and giving in to cravings. I joined My FatSecret after going to the doctor's and being suprised to see the scale rose 5 lbs in the last month. It was a wake up call! I want a healthy relationship with food and my body.

Looking for 1 serious Buddy
Hi Christine! That is terrific that you found a buddy who met your criteria. I would love to be your buddy also. Insanity is a terrific program. I used to do it before work as well. For some reason, now I prefer working out after work although that doesn't always go so well. Please let me know how you do tomorrow. I believe the first item is actually taking the fit test which I do recommend. It is always terrific to see ourselves becoming fitter and stronger. Talk to you later!

Looking for 1 serious Buddy
Hi there! I don't meet all your characteristics. I am 42 - I have done both Insanity and P90X but am currently doing RevAbs with some Body Beast (both also Beachbody fitness programs); I do need accountability; I do not have 50 lbs to lose - I have about 10. I just wanted to say that I would love to be an accountability partner with you if someone with the characteristics you are looking for does not respond or if you want another person to check in with and to support you. This is a lifelong journey and it is not always easy but you are taking all the right steps! Let me know if you want to be accountability partners or if you'd just like to check in from time to time for support. Thanks! Melissa
