Morning.. Today is Monday! 1 week down .. I got on the scale this morning and was kind of disappointed. I picked up 2 lbs over the weekend. :( Don't know what happened or what I did wrong. I followed the induction to the T unless my carb count isn't correct. So I am back up to 206 but that is still 4 pounds in a week.. So I can't complain.

Other than that, I am feeling very ugly, depressed. I'm very sad. Can't control the feelings. My kids are driving me bananas! I'm the only one who can change it... Well I am going to write later today after I figure some stuff out.. have to check the carb counter and I will attempt to get my car count down to 15-20 net carbs a day..
