Took time off from dieting, although remained sensible. This was due to holiday cookouts, events at work, and other obligations that made maintaining a strict diet fairly difficult. I made sure to maintain portion control and avoided sweets where possible. I am only up 1.4 lbs in the last 2 weeks, and 2.4 from my lowest recorded weight.
Starting Monday, 6/7, I am restarting phase 1 of South Beach to get myself back on track, as well as renewing my resolve to lose my remaining 16 lbs and record my food and exercise daily.
