First dd on Juddd yesterday. It wasn't as bad to get through as I thought it would be. I was hungry last night at bedtime so I ate about 5 raw almonds then went to sleep. Not much of a loss but better than it has been. I thinking my next down day (sunday) I will try to maintain the fast into Monday morning (ud) start Monday with bulletproof coffee and end the fast with a nice dinner and desert plus maybe a fat bomb before bed. Next weigh in is Monday am. I need to be at or close to 233 by end of week next week in order to qualify for the wellness incentive at work. May be starving myself wed through Friday of next week if it isn't looking good. I think my metabolism is garbage right now.
239.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
