Due to chest and back and plyometrics routines I am in so much pain I can't do my other work outs most likely until Saturday. Basically I will have to restart next week on Monday. I am still sticking to my diet though. Gained weight yesterday. I think it was because I weighed myself at the wrong time of day, or I am retaining water. I really have no idea so I will shut up.
