I used to be really into writing down everything I ate. Then it became a big hassle to have to carry my food journal with me everywhere. Now that I have the fatsecret app on my phone I am loving recording everything I eat again. It makes me have to be accountable for what I put into my body and that is a good thing. I am not going to want to admit to myself, or anyone else, that yes, in fact I did eat a litre of ice cream, so then I just won't do it. I am so stoked to have found this application.

Pretty convenient if you ask me!
