No one can tell you what diet to go on, you have to find something that works for you. For me, that means that I eat about 50% carbs, 20-30% protein and 20-30% fat. Proteins are really helpful for me because they make me think I am full. I don't like to eat much fats because I like to eat alot, and the more fat you eat, the less food overall you can eat (if you are trying to stay under a certain amount of calories like I am). Fat has 9 calories per gram whereas protein and carbs have 4 calories per gram. You should try just listening to your body and eating what it craves, and see where that goes and modify your diet from there.
