Despite a horrible hangover I ran 4 miles in 50 minutes. I'm coming really close to the 12 min/mile mark. I've been focused on distance over speed because I'm obsessed with calorie deficits.

I also signed up for a cycling challenge on Endomondo. I'm competing with other users based on how many miles I cycle before November 30th. My goal is to be in top 50 women. I'm still embarrassed by my drinking yesterday, but burning 450 calories on a run makes me feel better about it. I'll eat light and with the 16 miles of biking, I should come out ok.
