Up a tad this AM, probably mongolian BBQ from last night.

Took a 3 hour bike ride this AM. 38.6 miles. Could have gone more perhaps, but I am hurtin now. Big breakfast.

Cheat day in effect, moderately. Making my own fried chicken later with mashed taters!

whoa, 3 hours on a bike seems endless. I can barely do 30 on the recumbant at the gym! and Mongolian BBQ is awesome!
