I haven't recorded my food lately, however, it has been largely the same. I am trying gluten-free for a couple of weeks because I heard on Dr. Oz that it may cause many of the symptoms I have, such as depression, joint pain, confusion, and many others. I began on Sept. 29. So far (10/3) I haven't noticed anything different.

Unless you have celiac disease, it's not really going to help you to get rid of gluten. It's a hard diet to follow too. Gluten is in so many things - like soy sauce, BBQ sauce... Dr. Oz will endorse just about anything IMO!

Sorry to hear it. I was hopeful that it might ease my symptoms. Oh well...

You actually do not need to have celiac disease to be gluten free, you can have a gluten allergy, I know because I do I have been gluten free since January and never felt better. The best diet for that is Atkins it is easier to follow without Gluten, I was on weight watchers and could not follow. Gluten is in a lot of food so yes it is difficult, but feeling better out weighs it all.
