So for the past few days I have not done so good,, and when I dont do good, I dont want to record my food or exercise,,, which makes it easier for me to continue to not do good...cause I dont have to face it. I had to stop this, and make myself record my food intake for the day, even though it is depressing, but I have to face it.. and get back on track!
It is a few steps forward and one step back, but I will get there!!!
