I am 23. I want to lose 17 pounds, shave off fat from my thighs and abdomen area, and tone up all over. I need advise. I currently am a member of Curves and I have really seen results since I started but I feel like you can only do so much when you really don't have healthy eating habbits. I would like to start a diet to inhance my workouts and just over all be healthier. I think by joining this site I can really stick to a diet and not lose interest after only 2 weeks.
