Fast from 2pm today to 6pm tomorrow - 28 hours.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Amanda, today was meant to be my fasting day, but the chocolate biscuits got the better of me this morning, and a colleague who was off sick rang in to say there was a chicken salad to be eaten in the fridge. On the plus side I had no headache today, and calories still within RDI. Does the 5:2 give you headaches or are you one of these people who can manage to drink pints and pints of water, I have to say I struggle with the water intake and it's my downfall.
