Today was my first day on my plan and I think it went pretty well. I'm not craving things so that helps.
I didn't exercise today -- I need to do better on that tomorrow. I always drink a lot of water so I am relatively sure I drank enough even though I didn't actually track it. Exercise is definitely going to be the hardest part of this for me.
Just 2 days until the No Fast Food in October challenge starts! I love a good challenge!
