With some ups and downs of the past two weeks my diet has seriously faultered. I haven't been cooking at home at all but when I eat out I've been trying to eat just appetizers for my meals rather than a full calorie loaded meal! Exercise has been minimal too, can't wait to get back in the swing of things and start feeling better about my exercise and eating habits!
