For the past four years I have been steadily gaining weight. It is and Isn't my fault though if that makes sense. I've been on medication that has causing weight grain and breakouts, but also I have become a lot lazier than I'd like to be. I gained 60 pounds in two years and I literally cannot look in the mirror anymore without disgusting myself. It's time for a change.
